Bad Bach – Now Open!

A Michelin-starred pastry chef who has worked in the kitchens of Acadia, Sixteen and Entente, Jared Bacheller’s latest project was born from a desire to craft delicious, picture-perfect chocolate with ethically sourced ingredients. All of Bad Bach’s bars, bonbons and truffles are made in small batches using single-origin chocolate that’s purchased from farmers at a fair price via transparent trade.
